Kansas City Chiefs State They Are Aware of Domestic Violence Allegations Connected to Player the Athlete

The Kansas City Chiefs released a comment on Wednesday evening confirming they have knowledge of claims of abuse made public in online accounts by a ex-partner of player the athlete and had been in contact with the league office.

The team omitted the name of Rice by name in their statement and noted they would have “nothing more to add at this time”.
